We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange service for eligible products. Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of:
• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items delivered
Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share order details and clear images or video proof
• Unboxing video is recommended for faster resolution
After verification, we will provide:
• Free replacement, or
• Refund (if replacement is not possible)
Exchange Conditions
• Only one exchange per order is allowed
• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Exchange Charges
A fee of ₹200 per order may apply for size or preference exchanges.
No exchange fee will be charged for damaged or incorrect products.
The replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected,
replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping in case of size or preference exchange.
For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be covered by us.
